Cash on delivery

  • Payment occurs upon delivery of goods to the offices of "Nova Poshta"
  • The client does not pay in advance.
  • Return delivery is paid by the client (20 UAH + 2% of the order value).
  • The service "Auto return of the shipment" is automatically activated if orders are being sent by "Nova Poshta",
    The service provides for an automatic return of the shipment, which was stored in the branch of the company for 5 business days of the branch (except Sunday, non-working and public holidays), and was not collected by the Recipient.
  • If you need to extend the shelf life by more than 5 working days, please indicate this when placing the order.

Payment on the bank card

  • Payment is made on PrivatBank card.
  • Cashless payments for legal entities and individual entrepreneurs
  • After confirming the order, you will be billed for payment.
  • Paying an order for a card, you save UAH 29-35, due to the lack of return delivery of money.

Visa/MasterCard​

  • Payment is carried out immediately after ordering. After clicking the button "Checkout" you will be redirected to a page where you can immediately pay online with a Visa and MasterCard credit card.
  • Delivery of goods is possible only after confirmation of payment.




 

Delivery in Ukraine

  • When placing an order on our website delivery is carried out through the carrier "Nova Poshta". Delivery of orders for outlets is not carried out.
  • Parcels are shipped the next day after order confirmation from Monday to Friday, from 16-17: 30.
  • Delivery time is 1-2 days to regional centers, up to 5 days to regional centers.
  • It is possible to arrange the address delivery.

 

Cost of delivery

  • Delivery is FREE for orders from 2 products from our site. Sending one picture or one accessory are at the expense of the client.
  • Delivery is paid back by the client.
  • After sending the order to your number, the telephone number will be sent to the TTH number.

Purchase returns

According to Article 9 of the Law of Ukraine "On Protection of Consumer Rights", a consumer has the right to replace a good quality product with a similar one within 14 days if the goods did not fit in shape, size, style, color, or cannot be used for its intended purpose, but provided that the product was not used and its presentation, consumer properties, seals, factory packaging, documents were saved.

If at the time of the exchange of a similar product is not for sale, the consumer has the right to purchase any other goods, or to receive back money in the amount of the value of the returned goods, or change the product to the same at the first receipt of the relevant product for sale. When you return the money calculations with the consumer are based on the value of the goods at the time of purchase. Money should be returned in seven days.

Consumer requirements are considered only after specifying the customer's name and order number, complete set of goods, factory packaging, with a barcode, warranty card. Replacement of goods or refund is possible only under all conditions and procedures

You will be denied a replacement or refund if:
-a product that does not have significant drawbacks is not new, it means that it was in use;

- more than 14 days have passed since the purchase of goods
- when checking the quality of the goods, signs of outside intervention (opening) were found or other conditions of warranty service were violated;
- there is no document confirming the fact of purchase of the goods, or the warranty card, full equipment of the goods.

Please also note that in accordance with clause 3, article 4 of the Law of Ukraine “On Protection of Consumer Rights”, the consumer must:

1) carefully read the operating rules set out in the product documentation provided by the store before using the product;
2) if necessary, obtain explanations of the conditions and rules for the use of the goods - prior to the use of the goods, contact the seller for clarifications;
3) use the goods in accordance with its intended purpose and adhere to the conditions (requirements, norms, rules) established by the manufacturer of the goods in the operating documentation;
4) in order to prevent negative consequences for the consumer regarding the use of the goods - to adhere to the safety methods stipulated by the manufacturer in the goods and special rules provided by the operational documentation, and in the absence of such rules in the documentation - to follow the usual clear safety methods established for such goods.

Return and replacement of goods sent to different cities of Ukraine is made by the buyer returning the goods to delivery services, including "Nova Poshta".

Return sending money is carried out by cash on delivery. The postal service undertakes to deliver the goods only after the recipient has paid for the declared value. This amount is transferred to the sender. This amount must correspond to the value of the returned goods. Before sending the goods, the buyer must contact the seller to discuss the terms of shipment and determine the name of the consignee.
If the reason for the return or replacement is the inadequate quality of the goods, then the store assumes payment for the return shipment.
If the purchased goods were of good quality, but for some reason did not fit the buyer, then the buyer will return the shipment and also the money transfer (cash on delivery).
